3.0 GENERAL

3.1 Changes to Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective from 06 July 2011. HSM reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. Any modifications will be updated on this page immediately. To ensure you are aware of any changes to our Privacy Policy, please check this page periodically.

3.2 Payments and Refunds

Any member found to be sharing a PHN/GP free access code with our members will have their account suspended immediately without refund or warning. Any members found to be using a PHN/GP free access code without permission to do so will also have their account suspended immediately without refund or warning.

Paid Subscriptions can be purchased via an in app purchase on either the App Store or Google Play Store giving you access to Daybreak for 12-months following the 2-week trial period. Your subscription will terminate at the end of the 12-month period. When you register for a Paid Subscription, Trial, or Code online, you consent to get access to Daybreak immediately. If you register for a Paid Subscription or Code online, you may change your mind for any or no reason and receive a full refund of all monies paid within fourteen (14) days (the “Cooling-off Period”). Refunds will not, however, be provided if you have accessed Daybreak at any time during the Cooling-off Period. If you wish to receive a full refund of all monies paid before the Cooling-off Period is over, you must contact info@hellosundaymorning.org.

Hello Sunday Morning may change the price for the Paid Subscriptions, from time to time, and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from Daybreak prior to the price change going into effect. Please therefore make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully.

If you purchased your Daybreak subscription via iTunes or the Google Play store, this request will be subject to the iTunes or Google Play Terms of Service and is therefore non-refundable by Hello Sunday Morning.

The official App Store, iTunes Store and Google Play store policy is that all sales are final, though there are a few exceptions to this rule. You can get a refund if the app does not work as described, if you are charged but do not receive the item, or if the app is not compatible with your device.

As it can be quite difficult to go through the iTunes and Google Play refund policy, we would suggest that you should get in contact with info@hellosundaymorning.org to see if there’s anything we can do to help get you back on the road with your Daybreak journey.

If you do still wish to request a refund, please visit the iTunes Store or Google Play Store for more details.
